Healthy Turkey Burgers

Turkey Burger

Here is what you will need:
¼ cup finely chopped onion
20 oz. ground turkey
¼ cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg white
1 garlic clove, pressed
teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine ground turkey, onion, bread crumbs, egg white, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. Form turkey mixture into 6 patties.
  3. Heat skillet with olive oil to medium heat.
  4. Cook patties 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink in the center.
  5. Enjoy!
